Pros

Perks can pros. But that is lure which will be understood later. Inside look is different from Business look.

Cons

- No matter how devoted you are, manager will always find a Gap in your work during performance appraisals. That will take your 1 year hardwork in vain. -Because you are opting for work-life balance. At the end of financial year, manager, interviewers will start negotiating with you. Gifts provided are also to lure only. That is the platform for negotiation.
