Pros

The opportunity to work remotely, very capable staff (both management and peers), competitive pay, open communication, and flexible hours make working here an outstanding experience. The company has a fantastic multi-national feel, with users spread across the US and several continents. Even though we work remote, the consistent communication from management and peers makes me feel more connected to the rest of the team.

Cons

The vacation/PTO hours are a little low.

Pros

When I worked there it was an incredible culture. They really focused on the best customer experience to make sure they were treated like royalty. The CEO and the management team kept the environment very light and positive.
