Pros
Highly engaged C-level and leadership. Hard working employees keep each other engaged and growing, always mission focused, results oriented, but still a family friendly company. Culture of continuous learning - with great benefits to do so. Truly the best benefits of any company out there! Opportunity to grow with managers who go above and beyond to help employees achieve their goals.
Cons
The only con I could see is if you don't like a small company vibe, you wouldn't like this company. I think that is one of the best parts of this company, though - so it is still a pro to me!
