Business Outlook
Pros
Competitive salaries. Working with some very smart and very caring people. Interesting new direction with their own products. They value self-starters and trust that you will get work done! I really appreciate this. I feel totally comfortable with all of my team members.
Cons
Split between consulting and salaried/internal responsibilities can be confusing. Only 10 days PTO. Communication between different projects/teams could be better, but it is a startup-like environment where they are figuring some things out still!
