Overall, good employer that treats employees well
Pros
There are a number of pros to working at intelliflo - the main one being pay-related. The pay is fair for the work, and raises/bonuses were not a problem. They were also very good with training employees, ensuring proper vacation time, and benefits were good. Invesco, the parent company, is particularly generous relating to benefits and severance, should layoffs become a thing (I was laid off a few weeks ago). Intelliflo has good managers who care about you and excellent opportunities to work on cool tech stacks.
Cons
The biggest con I think is the product itself. It's not a bad product from a client perspective, but the way it's being developed is very difficult to understand. Many decisions left development teams scratching their heads or were outright detrimental to sound development practices. The biggest issue is a lack of clarity and communication across the enterprise. There is a distinctly non-agile way of doing things here that makes very little sense.
