Proactive senior management, friendly team, exciting tech stack and opportunities to work remotely.

Cons

During my time at Intelliflo there was a company restructure and not enough staff proficient in front-end development.

Pros

Compensation is the only thing good here.

Cons

1. Lot of disconnect between higher management and engineers. PO and Scrum masters are treated as actual doers where as they are just facilitators. 2. Yes boss mentality is appreciated 3. Work life balance is there only if you fight for it. 4. Micro management 5. More managers and less doers. 6. Bad management(atleast in Hyderabad)

- Proper work life balance - Not hard but not completely loose work from home options. - If you are talented visibility will be till CTO quickly. - Work on different aspects - Open door policy, if you have concerns you can reach out to any level of escalation path. - in orbit you have play school , good option for women with kids.

Cons

- food options are bit less for now. But improving as time progress.
