Pros

There is a huge potential for growth in the organisation if tapped well. Also the work here is very flexible giving you a chance to learn a lot.

Cons

Being a service based organisation there is not much scope for innovation and creativity however the company is moving into the products and platforms vertical.

Awesome opportunity for freshers as well as professionals. Work environment is very nice. Regular performance reviews and seniors are always there to help.

Cons

Please provide more munching options in canteen for night shift employees.
