Pros

Flexibility, complete transparency, Negotiable billing rates and on time salary deposits.

Cons

No Salary on the bench. The company has grown a lot over the years so may take some time to get direct clients as most of the recruiters are now offshore in India and have very limited knowledge of US job market. Few marketing resources at offshore lack professionalism.

Pros

Best freaking place to Work, Grow and Play! I have been with Intelliswift for 8 years. I am truly excited each day because I have an opportunity to think about my current role, my opportunity to grow and most important they give value to the employees and their growth. Excellent management (Marketing, HR, Immigration) to support the employee in all aspects(starting from Immigration to Job). Well organized work culture.
