      Employment Depends on Client Allocation – Salary Negotiation is Important

      Opportunity to work with reputed clients through the staffing organization. Possibility of long-term client relationships, depending on the project. Exposure to different projects and industries. Salary negotiation opportunity before joining (important to negotiate well). Sometimes client billing may be significantly higher than the offered salary, leaving room for negotiation.

      Job security depends entirely on the client project. Employment may be terminated if the client project ends. Limited control over long-term stability. Benefits may vary depending on client agreements. Salary transparency between client billing and employee pay may not be clear
