Pros

Good people, nice locations, standard benefits, market rate salaries. Nobody will overwork you, and you won't be treated like a child incapable of taking care of your own work.

Cons

Time management skills and personal management are a must. HR systems, IT systems, and overall interoperability between departments all need work.
