      Great camaraderie, excellent learning environment, and opportunities for growth (under the right Manager), and culturally diverse. competitive salary package

      Cons

      Varying contract arrangements working as a consultant with limited opportunity for staff positions; a very competitive work environment, mainly to get a staff position.

      Good mission in an OK place to work

      Pros

      - Feeling of fulfillment from having a job that is making positive impacts in developing countries - Strong community feeling, especially if you're from Latin America and new to the city. Most likely some co-workers, within and outside your direct team, will become friends.

      Cons

      - Extreme bureaucracy and hierarchies, often resulting in delays and inefficiencies - Slow processes - Extreme formality in internal communications - Contractual policies discriminate consultants, which make most of the staff body, in terms of benefits and job security in the mid and long terms - Very hard to impossible to escalate between contracts - In general, not the best salaries
