Pros

Benefits if you are expat ar awesome. Help with us taxes if you are US Citizen

Cons

There is no functional employee talent management. Positions are filled by friends and colleagues of the decision makers, not the best candidates. ALso it is a thing of luck to be in the right place at the right time when positions open. Other than that career movements up or even lateral are scarce. If you invest in an education it doesn't matter, it is not recognized in terms of salary or a promotion.
