Pros

Good salary, theoritically a good job of high impact

Cons

People look the other way when they bribe officials, get rid of those who speak up, harrassment is normalized, and numbers are more important than impact.... They can plan a project, take 5 years to complete it, it is no longer relevant, and instead of shifting, they continue expanding because it looks good for them.

Pros

Good net salary (you don't pay taxes) Some people are very smart and motivated

Cons

There is a lot of heterogeneity among employees, and it appears that many hold their positions without clear merit. All is about networking, some leaders don't care about your technical skills. HR seems primarily focused on staff employees, while consultants are treated as a lower priority
