Pros

Overall it is a great place to work, speciall If you are from Latin American and the Caribbean or you are interested in the culture. Excellent vacation benefits, 24 days a year plus holidays.

Cons

A lot of internal competition, lacks collaboration culture. You are mostly at your own and little to non supervisor guidance in most cases.
