Pros

Possibility to work in multiple projects at once. Good exposure to training. Possibility to travel.

Limited possibilities to obtain a staff position with full benefits. Consultants are considered second-class citizens.

Pros

Multi-cultural environment, Lots of natural light in the atrium.

Cons

Not much room for upward mobility. No new staff positions are being created, so you need to rely on getting either being a consultant, or contractor, which have different benefit structures, and weird rules governing how you need to leave after a certain point.
