Pros

IDB is a good company for young professionals that are begging their career and also for someone that wants to start an international career but be aware of the cons before make a decision.

Cons

No meritocracy at all. No career plan. Political influenced environment. No talent management or retention. Be aware that if you plan to work at IDB as consultant the HRD has defined new rules for this type of contract that may not be attractive enough for you to decide to leave your home country to work overseas.
