Pros

Benefits are good, flexible work environment, people are nice, good work-life balance. Organization does interesting work and has significant impact in the Latin American and Caribbean region.

Cons

Difficult to move around. Political organization so must deal with bureaucracy. Organization puts a lot of weight on advanced degrees. Without an advanced degree, growth is capped.
