Pros

Good salary and benefits, ability to meet experts from other fields. Good working environment. Great organization if you want to work in international development in LATAM

Cons

Bureaucratic as other donors. Not always the best person for the job gets selected: lack of transparency in the selection process is an issue. No clear path for growth. Incentives and emphasize on getting new projects and loans rather than results.
