Pros

IDB is an organization that gives employees the opportunity to work for an altruistic cause. The work-life balance is pretty good, salaries are also encouraging, and I perceived a very friendly environment

Cons

As a multilateral, it's very bureaucratic, sometimes inefficient and the contracts are for short/medium periods of time, which is bad for people looking for stability
