Great benefits, multicultural and geographically diverse environment, public sector, financial institution, part of Inter-American Development Bank Group

Cons

bureaucrat work challenges innovation, career framework is not mature and still under changes which difficult forecasting. No reward mechanism to retain talent at the institution.

Great facilities and environment. Surrounded by some of the brightest. If you want to be involved on a global level this is the place to be.

Cons

Due to so much work with foreign governments there can be significant amount of red tape and bureaucracy obstacles.
