Pros

Great Benefits if you a staff member. If you are married, they will provide with school benefits for your kids as well as a package to travel to your home country.

Cons

Most of the positions are short term and long term consultants. The benefit between a consultant and staff are very different and the level of stress when you contract is coming up is extremely high.
