Inter-American Development Bank reviews

There is no career development at the Inter-American Development Bank. Relation with supervisors and coworkers is no good due to promotions based on ¨favorites¨ and no on employee performance. The difference between staff and consultants does not allow a healthy work environment. Administrative staff members are usually lazy because they have a consultant doing the work for them. It´s a waste of resources.
