- Multi-cultural environment - Work-life balance - Good base compensation, as a G4 you don't have to pay taxes. - Networking - They sponsor people to come to the US for a fixed period of time.

Cons

- Bureaucracy. - Merit is not a driver, networking is. - Huge difference in benefits compare to Staff personnel - Non-existing career development. - Slow-paced environment

Cons

Very bureaucratic and difficult career development. Most of the time hire specialist professional from outside instead of give opportunity to the internal talent. No good benefits for consultant.
