- Salary - Exemption of taxes if consultant under a G4 Visa - 60 days for remote working anywhere per year - Interact with colleagues from all over Latin America - Practice Spanish on a daily basis

Cons

- No clear processes - All is urgent - Hybrid but strong control about in person frequency to HQ - Difficulty of implementing new things due to burrocracy - No opportunity for carrer growth as Consultant. After 3 years you are done, unlesse you find a Staff position wich is rare
