Pros

You can learn a lot of about Finance. Shares the experience to learn too English and Spanish language.

Cons

For consultant is very hard to do a career. The newn concept of contract (since 2018) is a worst way to the improve the career. You only can stay thar for maximum three years. After this new contact concept we saw a lot of employees moving to other companies. The salary is very low compared with the local. The visa is G4, that's mean you can only work to the IDB bank.
