Pros

When you are an international staff, good benefits apply, such as a % for the education of children over 5 years of age, travel to the country of origin, and access to a good insurance company. The organization has the best tools on the market for Digital Communication and a great communications team.

Cons

When you have an international staff visa you do not have a work permit or Green Card, this is granted after 15 years of working in the institution
