Very good work-life balance, tax-free salary for international workers.

Cons

It is difficult to get a staff position (renewable). Most consultant positions end at 3 years and there is no a clear path forward within the organization.

Flexibility. I believe that 90% of the people are Latinos or Hispanics. Good cafeteria. Very equipped Gym. Excellent facilities overall.

Cons

Work is usually repetitive. Gossip is excessive.

Really helpful staff willing to support you in any step of the hiring process, also during work staff are very helpful too, you just have to make sure to ask the right questions to the right people.
