- Multi-cultural environment - Work-life balance - Good base compensation, as a G4 you don't have to pay taxes. - Networking - They sponsor people to come to the US for a fixed period of time.

Cons

- Bureaucracy. - Merit is not a driver, networking is. - Huge difference in benefits compare to Staff personnel - Non-existing career development. - Slow-paced environment
