Pros

Good live-work balance, overall it is meaningful working to improve lives in the LAC region.

Cons

It is a somewhat cruel work environment where staff workers usually get credit for what consultants have done. They expect consultants to work as hard if not harder than the rest, but without the perks of the staff workers.
