You are involved in different projects in the region, so you can get a lot of knowledge and have multicultural experience, if you are passionate about countries, people and improving life's, this is the place.

Cons

You can not have continuous promotion there are few available positions during the year. You grow in knowledge, experience, etc, but not at all in positions.
