Pros

- Multicultural environment - Meaningful work - Sponsor G4 visas to international consultants (for full time consultants, with appointments over 6 months) - Many opportunities in different job and subject areas inside the company - Good work environment and fair pay - Well accredited institution, opens doors for future job positions outside the company

Cons

- Very bureaucratic - Predominance of the Spanish language (a con if you are not fluent) - Minimal opportunities to go from consultant to staff member - Consultants have less benefits then staff members - Consultants can only work for a total of 3 years continuously, before having to wait a quarantine period to be hired back
