Pros

Great place to gather experience in international development finance and impact operations. The institution has many areas of collaboration where individuals can get to learn from a diverse pool of expertise such as Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, and Operations, among others.

Cons

The institution is very hierarchical and the opportunities for professional growth are limited. There is an internal push against consultants, regardless of years of experience, considering the bank's internal policies that only allows them to work for the Bank for three years.
