      Business casual attire, some benefits (vacation, sick time, dental, vision), celebration events, most employees are approachable, flexible work hours. Ability to work independently,

      Cons

      Upper management has displayed favoritism & have staff run personal errands. If they like you, you can do no wrong. Headquarters is notorious for having "cliques", if you're not in it - you don't exist. Give raises to undeserving employees. Tolerate staff who are verbally abusive & often bully or purposely antagonize some of security staff.

      High compensation and they pay for your security clearance.

      Cons

      Poor communication, terrible insurance benefits, and they will jerk you around to different positions with increasingly more work without even discussing pay or title changes.
