Pay is very competitive Entry level position Simple job to do most days Security Clearance

Cons

Hours vary, overtime common 8 hour shifts are actually more like 10 hour shifts do to the schedule and time to gear up Growth almost non-existent

- Fast onboard process, sign the paperwork get scheduled right away - Metro commuter benefit to using pre-tax money - Sometimes the company buys lunch, but no allergies or ingredient information so I skip these events

Cons

- Expensive medical for individual or family most employees I talk to look at other insurance programs (Depends on your contract for officers) - Extremely high turn over with no room to grow or new-hire training material - Micro-Management - No company culture that welcomes diversity - Long hours with no overtime pay, weekends may be mandatory with no OT pay

Some good coworkers. If you don't mind being taken advantage of, very last minute hours are offered with little explanation of location or safety in mind.

Cons

Morale is just above zero. Managers/Supervisor are all talk, no action. No professionality, much vulgar and idiotic talk. If your job is a good fit for your supervisor or manager's friend, YOUwill be removed. Payroll questions took me more than three days to get help with. The company asks why are you not a team player if you corroborate anything Inter-Con does wrong (no matter how dangerous or unsafe) to the contracting company. If you have ever worked at a professional establishment, you will be shocked at how awful these people are.
