Pros
With the new president, seems like there’s a potential that the culture could improve in a positive direction.. there had been larger company events and there’s an anonymous survey on what we wanted to comment/complain. Which was good.
Cons
I feel like the employees are not valued enough. The company/management pretty much treat the employees as people who bring more money to the company and that’s all. I saw no room for growth unless someone above us quits, training for new hires were not structured, and there was little chance for professional development. No end of year bonus, bad benefts, company culture should be improved. Pay was also below market value.
