The only good part is they paid you on time

Most of the supervisors were unprofessional had no experience I saw those with experience passed up based on the I like you attitude this is not a job that you want to have for a future they have a high turnover rate not a place you want to stay at for more than one year benefits none holidays minimum you can't be moved for any particular time or reason from one post to another other managers have no concept of security they're bunch of belligerent morons

Inter-Con has been good for me because I was able to grow my experience as an admin.

Cons

Many employees are hired on as part time rover security and thus do not like their position. The paid time off is ridiculous. For 5 years of work you are stuck with one week per year that you can use as sick pay or other. After your 5th year you get an additional week.
