By far, the most despicable company I've ever worked for. No integrity whatsoever. My six plus years of service means absolutely nothing. If you want to work for a company that will lie to your face while stabbing you in the back then this one is for you. You can look forward to being treated like livestock. They will lead on you before plunging the knife in to your back. If you have any issues, good luck getting Human Resources to do a damn thing. You will be ignored and nobody will help you. Especially if the issue was their screw up. Communication in Inter-Con is almost non existent which is what lead to the issue that caused me to file a complaint with H.R. in the first place. After multiple attempts to get someone to talk to me, all I'm left with are crickets. I've never seen such unscrupulous and immoral behavior from a company I was employed by. If I owned a company and found out management was treating people this way I would be embarrassed and I'd take action to prevent it from happening again.

This was at GM in Wentzville, it feels like high school all over again, a bunch of grown adults gossiping amongst themselves about others, supervisors talking about how bad their bosses are in front of all the other employees, employees and bosses talking about how bad the company itself is, toxic work environment, they can and will force you to work extra hours(4 hours before your scheduled shift, and 4 hours extra on your shift you are on, so dont make plans, or have family stuff you have to attend, I was forced multiple times within a week because the employees there dont like to show up for work. The training here is trash, they train you on multiple post in one week, they expect you to retain all the information they shove down your throat after doing the post for one day with a trainer, the recruiters are extremely vague with compensation such as benefits, they dont tell you that you can be forced when they hire you, and they will probably hire you on the spot and have you take a drug test on the spot, which is nothing but a mouth swab, they seem like they just want robots and bodies, their HR team is full of heartless corporate types that dont care or value employees as people, I felt like nothing to management, the people there will smile in your face and then stab you in the back the moment they have a chance, it felt like multiple employees missed the sexual harrassment section of the training, because I heard multiple comments there that were MAJOR hostile work environment/toxic/sexual innuendos that have no place in the work place. this company is based out of California, and it shows within their training. My advice would be to stay far far far away from this company if you are approached by a recruiter.
