Pros

Intercon held a federal contract that afforded me the ability to work with some amazing people.

Cons

They lost the federal contract when it came up for bid resulting in unemployment for our small office.

Pros

If you can stand the wait to get your clearance then it's worth it in the long run. Besides that the atmosphere is toxic. Have an exit plan for when you're time to leave arrives.

Cons

Officers are not treated well. Your hours as a probationary employee will be low. You might need a side job to make ends meet.
