Pros

I have nothing positive to say except for "Good pay."

Cons

UPOs are there for ornamentation, not security. Nearly all UPOs complacent. Backstabbing encouraged. Zero respect for employee rights. Walks all over employees.

Pros

There are not a lot of pros. They pay was pretty good for a Specialist, entry level job, if you took into account the H&W bonus. But once they took that away, there wasn't much left.

Cons

Employees here are treated like product, something sold to a client to fill a slot in the schedule. They don't care about you or your goals within the company or outside. They will cut your pay and benefits without notice. And expect you to just deal with it or go someplace else. Speak up about needed changes and you will be shown the exit one way or another. All Leadership is threatened by potential candidates that could "take their job". No fostering growth.

Pros

A little bit higher starting wage then other places.

Cons

Never get raises,lack of advancement and someone with no experience gets the same pay as someone with 30yrs. You do not get 40hrs. Only 32hrs. Not full time.
