Pros

I left the Company as the Lead Federal Court Security Officer. Great Pay, Benefits and minimal micro managing.

Cons

Yearly Physical is discriminatory towards older employees in that when you don't meet their standard, there is no recourse and second chance to meet a particular standard regardless of the Doctor feeling that the standard may have been wrong. I was required to do a Treadmill Stress Test to Level 3. The Doctor stopped it at Level 2 feeling I met standards. When the report hit the employer I was immediately released from employment.

Pros

Some sites have good captains and willing to work with your schedule and accommodate your needs

Cons

No paid time off or sick leave and no pay raises but the plus side is this is the highest paying salary for an unarmed officer with no other permits.

Pros

i have ontained a permanent post and the hourly wage is decent. You are provided a uniform that you can pay for by it being deducted from your pay

Cons

The boss does not communicate effectively. You will not know if you will be working overtime until the last last minute. And also I have been trying to relocate for about 3 months and I havent recieved any assistance with it regardless of how much I bug about it
