Management is considerably amazing. They listen to you and try to accommodate you as much as possible. I love the team members on 1st shift. I make everyone laugh and I di am amazing job at bag checking and CC.

Cons

Lots of favoritism and unprofessionalism amongst some.

I have had a very positive experience working with Inter-Con Security so far. From the beginning, the onboarding process was well-organized, professional, and welcoming. The People & Culture team was very supportive and made sure all my questions were answered, which helped me feel prepared and confident in my role.

Cons

Occasionally scheduling changes can happen on short notice, which may require flexibility and quick adjustment from employees.
