Pros

They provided complete uniforms, other than that there are no pros to this company.

Cons

I was not trained properly by the manager at the time, my first day was maybe 45 minutes of training with the rest of the time spent listening to the manager, supervisor, and another officer speaking about schedules. The rest of my time was spent being semi trained by other officers who had not received any training themselves. I was told by multiple people that as security we could not get into trouble for failing a CAP Test; however I did not pass a CAP Test because I was never told that the person testing us could have up two devices on them (I found that out after I had failed) and then I failed another one because the person had placed the device in their shoe that they were wearing without socks. And because of that I was removed from site, again for something I was told that was not a measurement applicable to us. Then I was told that I was going to get transferred to a different site due to this. This was on July 27th; it was not until August 19th that the training manager for the other site reached out to me to set me up with training for August 21st. So three weeks, I had to find another job within that time because I cannot go almost an entire month without a paycheck. I have never seen that happen in all of my years of experience with security. It was completely unprofessional and the lack of communication was astounding. I was reaching out to managers for information and barely getting any.
