Besides the good hourly pay i really cant say something good about the company.

Cons

Bad communication Everything is left to technology, if you try contacting someone for an issue its impossible to do so. At the beginning the only person you speak with is a recruiter and then you are on your own. They mess around with your schedule. Dispatch is all over the place, clueless when it comes to you and your schedule. Its a mess of a company. If you have an emergency you are rated and removef stars, you can be dying and they'll say, sorry we dont care, star removed, life happens, but unfortunately for this company, it doesn't matter.
