Pros

You May meet some decent people to struggle with in your experience with them

Cons

The recruitment team is the worst I’ve ever seen in my life. They lie about everything just to get you to commit to work here! Then peacemaker training is for a month and they lie as well and during your recruitment process up to your 1 month training they lie and will be the most unorganized employer you’ve ever dealt with in your life! They informed us we would be staying in the hotel (for all the commuters) then had us sign contracts to turn around and lie and now magically say we don’t honor that agreement anymore after telling us to resign from our already steady jobs! So we had no housing and no communication with the recruiters since they ghosted us for weeks leading to the training HOURS away/ out of town from our respected homes.

Pros

To be honest the advantage of working here is for people that are really looking for their clearance and go to high paying IT job.

Cons

What they don’t tell you is that you are not getting hours to make enough money to cover your needs. Hours have been taking for meal break, that means if they give you 36hours which guaranty to off probationary officer you will get about 34 hours which is bad. I moved from New Jersey to come work in D.C. and realized that I am not getting the hours like my over job that I left. I relocated here because of the opportunity not to get my clearance and leave. If I have to recommend a friend I will tell them the truth and it is up to them to see what they are looking for before moved here.
