Overworked and Underpaid - They Don't CARE

Anyone can get hired. Literally anyone. They do not care who they hire. Murder someone? WORK HERE! I didn't even interview. They just did a mouth swab drug test and gave me uniforms. It was a joke of an administration.

Cons

They don't care about their employees. I went to a 12-hour long post with no water, no LT would come out to give me water, I had a heat stroke, and got written up for a "last minute call off" THATS A JOKE RIGHT?! We were only given short sleeved uniform shirts and the biggest fluffiest hottest jacket you can manage. They refused to give me anything else that was more suitable for the actual weather we worked in. They did not provide any kind of safety gear for going out on to busy roads to scan an NFC tag to prove that you were actually there. This company literally does not give two craps about the safety of it's employees. They will let you work 90 hour weeks and then screw you over on your paycheck. They definitely have a lawsuit on the way. If it hasn't been started already, I'll be the one starting it.

Pros

Henry Hernandez has a good vision for the Company, The all inclusive IC app created by Brain Faulkner is user friendly for for all company related issues at a touch of the fingertip. The supervisor team has awesome teamwork ethics. Plenty of room for advancement and overtime shifts.

Cons

There is a disconnect of working knowledge from corporate scheduling versus the individual state and city, which tends to cause conflicts with employees scheduling.

-Jennifer who handles JPMC accounts was pretty much the only person that I could contact and would answer me regarding the hiring process stages and was amazing helping find a site and schedule that works for me. She satisfied all the needs I had in regards to starting with the company. Awesome employee and person

- it’s nearly impossibly I get in contact with a scheduler using the employee hotline.
