Pros

None. Zero. Zip. Nada. Not one pro about working here. I thought it was a scam when i first interviewed and should’ve went with my gut.

Cons

Where to begin? Management lies to you from jump. You schedule changes at the drop of a hat and you have no say. Take it or quit. They want you to lie to applicants. $1000 hiring bonus that is never given out. Hiring Bonus are promised then management says there was never a bonus. This comes from the Vice President. If you fight back with the truth you are threatened with getting fired.Toxic culture of fear and if you try to go to your direct managers or legal you will lose your job. I have seen it happen. Vice President has personal Relationships with people she promotes. So personal, thousands of dollars exchange hands to cover her personal mortgage and credit problems. Everyone knows but are so scared to get fired no one speaks up. VP has her direct reports spy on other employees. This sounds like so crazy it can’t be true but it is. All of it. In fact. I hope you do take a job here so you can see for yourself. Just a matter of time before someone sues for discrimination or things of that nature Or retaliation maybe it should be you! With Inter-Con security as well I have personally witnessed great talent get fired over and over again because the VP didn’t like them and she is so racists. If you are a security guard do not waste your time. You won’t get paid for training. You won’t get paid for any time you are required to stay on your post until relieved. You for sure won’t get your hiring bonus when the recruiters promise you will. All liars. This can all be backed up by current and ex employees.

Pros

Not many pros to working here

Cons

Absolute mess of a company. They mess up your hours, pay rate and take ages to get any of it fixed. They spend all their money on renovating the main office while their officers don’t even have a restroom to use that’s nearby. No opportunities for advancement within the company. Expect to stay in the same place for years to come. We were due for a raise as armed security but they decided to remove our armed status to keep us at the same rate. HR ignores complaints. People at scheduling harass and threaten you with termination or removing you off schedule when you say no to them. Management is corrupt. Specially Andrew Macias. He removes people off schedules without warning. Gives close friends or family the best hours/locations to work. The list only goes on. Stay away from this company unless you want low pay and poor management.
