There's absolutely no pros. This takeover was poorly done. I'm ashamed to be a part of this organization.

Cons

Intercon took over LGA JFK EWR. You should've REPLACED ALL LEADERSHIP. It's literally the same feces different toilet! You expect to hold this current contract with the same lazy supervisors?! Let's get it together guys! This was the most unorganized transition especially you all messing up our seniority. Vacation days, sick days etc etc.

None really. 32 hrs a week, 19.00 rate for ARMED SECURITY. Staff is not qualified for positions held, just been there for years. Dead end job.

Cons

Everything from hours to pay. Managment. Not paying you for hours you worked. "Theft"
