The Inter-Con Security company has many good reasons to work for/with them. A few of these points would be good benefits, a well structured company which gives many opportunities for advancement within its ranks. The supervisors and main office personnel are also always available for assistance in many issues and situations.
Cons
The scheduling can be a bit here and there at first with training and starting out but a more stable schedule is available shortly after. The training is flexible to assist with completing it
