The medical benefits are very good.
Cons
Constant payroll errors and we cannot easily get ahold of the department/our Supervisor to get them corrected. This one goes hand in hand with the above. Supervisors do not answer the phone, neither does the HR department at the so-called "Employee Concierge". If the Supervisor does answer the phone (1 in 20 chance), your question will go unanswered for weeks, possibly months. Time off requests will be ignored unless you constantly bother someone about them. Scheduling department is always making errors, causing you to not get paid for days/hours you should have been paid for.
