Pros
Personal and professional growth opportunities. Great working environment. Fixed schedules. Benefits are great and good pay. Great support team / network I.e. Human Resources, Payroll, Management.
Cons
No negative issues to address for myself. However, some posts and assignments have limited flexibility when scheduling. For instance, your hiring shift may very well be "your shift" until personnel rotate and you have the opportunity to request a different schedule. As long as you are responsible and have your priorities in order, this is a great place to work either starting out in the work force or a change in career / goals.
